In an effort to find the Northwest Passage, Meriwether Lewis and William Clark led the Corp of Discovery from Missouri through uncharted territory to Oregon. This course brings to life their difficult journey. Through text, map, and video we follow the men and Sacajawea as they fight rivers, encounter Native Americans, suffer sunstroke and sickness and survive hunger and fatigue during their round-trip journey to the West.
