• You may request an official transcript electronically, or print an unofficial transcript by going to www.laverne.edu and clicking on the MyLaVerne link at the top right side of the page. Please remember to view your grades prior to requesting a transcript in order to ensure that all applicable courses have a grade.You may download instructions for how to access MyLaVerne at the bottom of this page.
  

• You may also choose to request an official transcript by mail. Your printed request should be completed, signed and mailed to University of La Verne, Professional Development Courses, 4121 Avenida de la Plata, Oceanside, CA 92056. Transcript requests will not be accepted by fax.     Please make sure you sign your printed transcript request form, as we cannot process a transcript without a signature.

• To check the status of your transcript request, please call 1-800-695-4858.

• We strongly suggest that you request your official transcript online through MyLaVerne. Requesting official transcripts by mail with a check may result in an additional 5-7 day delay in processing.
