- You may download a request for an official transcript at the bottom of this page.
- Your request should be completed, signed and mailed to University of La Verne, Professional Development Center, P. O. Box 5196, Oceanside, CA 92052. If you are completing courses that you would like included on your transcript, you may mail your transcript request with the last course that should be included on your transcript. Please make sure you sign your request, as we cannot release a transcript without a signature.
- You may print an unofficial transcript by going to www.laverne.edu and clicking on the button that says MyLaVerne at the top of the page. You may download instructions for accessing MyLaVerne at the bottom of this page.
- University of La Verne does not accept online transcript requests.
